3. Orders

• Payment must be completed at the time of order placement. Orders with failed payments will not be processed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Local delivery (Tirukoilur and surrounding areas): Free delivery on orders above ₹5,000. Delivery within 1–3 business days.
• Pan-India shipping: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
• Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to logistics, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect products at the time of delivery and report any damage immediately.
• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt re-delivery as per their policy. Additional charges may apply for failed deliveries.
