Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or defective products: If you receive a damaged, broken, or defective item, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Wrong product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
  • Quality issues: If the product does not match the described specifications or quality, contact us within 7 days.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered after delivery.
  • Cement, adhesives, and other perishable or mixed products once opened.
  • Custom-cut items (pipes, wires, sheets cut to specific lengths).
  • Items purchased on clearance or marked as non-returnable at the time of sale.
  • Products without original packaging or labels.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via phone (+91 94432 53630) or WhatsApp. Include your order number and photos of the damaged/defective product.
  2. We will review your request and respond within 2 business dayswith return instructions.
  3. Ship the product back in its original packaging. For local customers (Tirukoilur area), we can arrange a pickup.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 3 business days and process your refund or replacement.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • For UPI and net banking payments, refunds typically reflect within 3–5 business days.
  • For credit/debit card payments, refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, variant, or item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your exchange request.
  • The replacement product will be shipped after we receive and inspect the original item.
  • If the replacement item has a price difference, you will be charged or refunded the difference.

6. Cancellations

  • Before shipping: You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Contact us immediately for a full refund.
  • After shipping: Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery as per this policy.

7. Damaged During Transit

If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging:

  • Photograph the damaged packaging before opening.
  • If the product inside is damaged, do not use or install it.
  • Report the damage to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for transit-damaged items.
